My health and fitness journey comes from my own real-life struggles. I know what it’s like to walk into the gym for the first time—feeling lost, unsure where to begin, and uncomfortable in my own skin. I’ve experienced what it’s like to be overweight, to live with two chronic health conditions, and not feel happy with how I look or feel.
